Prayer for Guidance in finding a new Rector (BCP)
Almighty God, giver of every good gift: Look graciously on your Church, and so guide the minds of those who shall choose a new Rector for this parish, that we may receive a faithful pastor, who will care for your people and equip us for our ministries;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

NOTICES
Snow Days
Please note, if it has snowed on Saturday night into Sunday or it’s snowing on Sunday morning, there will be no 8am service. The same is true with ice precipitation. Please join us instead at the 10am service. The Vestry is very concerned with the safety of our parishioners and clergy. Thank you for your understanding.
African-American Spirituals
During this season of Lent, you will notice the use of spirituals in our worship each week. As we modern-day Christians observe Lenten practices, spirituals can serve as expressions of lament for the suffering, sorrows, and oppression we see in our world; as expressions of longing to follow our faith where it leads us; and expressions of hope for freedom from that which keeps us bound. The spirituals used in our services are taken from The Hymnal 1982 and from Lift Every Voice and Sing II, the African American Hymnal of the Episcopal Church.
Donations For Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Please donate, plastic Easter eggs and candy to fill the eggs for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt which will take place on the front church lawn after Easter services. Examples of candy for the eggs: Hershey’s chocolate kisses or other candy as long as it is NUT FREE. Any questions, contact Maryalice Chech at maryalice_chech@yahoo.com
